I highly recommend this company.  Trae our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional.  Never felt pressured to purchase his product. The installers were equally as good. Elite was 5 star from day one. With the phone call for an appointment to the complete installation. Trae was patient with all of my questions and fully explained as well as showing me exactly how your electric roll downs and accordians worked.  I purchased both and as a single senior citizen I can open and close them myself which give me peace of mind as well as help me keep my independence. The men installing were very courteous and extremely well mannered. They cleaned up afterward and made sure everything was back in place.  The process from beginning to end was very professional. We are very pleased with the work accomplished by Wes at Elite Hurricane Protection. We had 3 bedroom windows done, 1 tall small window done, had our Lanai entry door done as well as our Lanai itself. Everything looks and works great! What used to take 2 days to do now only takes about 10 minutes and we feel vey secure! During the project the owner - Chris came by to lend Wes a hand and to answer any questions we had. This is a great investment and worth every penny!!! We used to hide in the closet in the bedroom when Ian, Helene, and Milton struck but now we can feel safe in the living room! A great experience from the start. My salesman ran different scenarios as requested, didn't pressure me into spending more. The company kept me updated on permitting and scheduling. The installation crew showed up on time and did a great job. What struck me the most was how professional and thoughtful the install crew was. They cleaned up after themselves very well which I've found to be the exception down here in Florida, for some reason.
